My guest today is Jaime Armstrong.

Jaime is a Registered Psychotherapist here to make shift happen using a neuroscience therapy approach that is fun & effective.

Born in Canada and raised in the States, Jaime was a collegiate-level swimmer at Clark University. After obtaining her Bachelors of Arts degree, she studied psychology, law and society, and human services. She then furthered her education and received a Masters of Arts degree in Counsellor Education, focusing on mental health, from the University of South Florida. Through more than 15 years in the field, Jaime has worked with a lifespan of ages and supervised in various settings such as day treatment, outpatient, residential, youth justice, schools, in-home community services, and private practice.
