Who is this program for?
This program is for you if you are ready to feel powerful without messing with your nervous system. If you want to build muscle in a way that feels sustainable. If you are looking for longevity practices to grow wise with. If you are done dabbling in all the other programs out there.
Is this an advanced program?
Absolutely not. This program is not a bootcamp. You don’t need to be strong to join. We build strength together. Every woman receives a 1:1 mobility screening and monthly private calls, so your training is adjusted to your body.
What if I have joint pain, stiffness, or old injuries?
Perfect. That’s exactly why this program exists. .The combination of mobility + strength is what protects joints long term. We build stability first. We improve range gradually. We load strategically.
I am super busy these days. How much time is required for this program?
That’s the coolest part. You get to design your own schedule. The program that works best is the one that works for you! Everything is recorded if you miss something live.
What is the live schedule?
There will be a weekly live Strength class. A mindset/lifestyle conversation with mentorship. A biweekly down-regulating class. A monthly Breathwork practice. Everything is recorded.
Do I need any equipment?
Yes. You will need a Steel Mace, maybe 2 different weights, a yoga mat, 2 blocks and a belt. Links can be found under the program housekeeping section once you have been accepted into the container.
