More than 30 years ago I found myself on a yoga mat breathing deeper than I had ever had before. From that moment on, I knew things would be different.

I have always been a seeker of “WHY”. Curiosity has led me down a spiritual path of yoga, meditation and entrepreneurship. I opened and directed a successful yoga and spin studio for 14 years. Taught 10 years of Yoga Teacher Training. Ran local and international retreats. When last year's pandemic hit, I used the year to grow and expand not only my spiritual growth but the growth of my business.
