A Breathwork Experience on the last Tuesday of every month.

Monday 8:00 AM - Flow - Set the stage for your week. (60 min)
Wednesday 7:30 PM - Midweek Evening Slow Flow (45 min)
Thursday 2:00 PM Power Pause Thursday (30 min)
Sunday 8:00 AM - Easy Like Sunday Morning (60 min)
The Breathwork Experience - The last Sunday evening of every month at 4:00 PM (60-75 min)
