Meet Shirlee

I've been teaching yoga for over two decades and supporting women through seasons of transition, reinvention, and change.

Menopause is one I've lived myself.

It didn't arrive as something to fix or power through. It arrived as an invitation to listen more closely, move more gently, and trust my body in a new way.My work blends lived experience, gentle movement, breath, and practical wisdom. I'll meet you where you are, walk beside you, and remind you often that nothing is broken.
