I’ve been teaching yoga and mentoring women for over 20 years, guiding them through seasons of transition, reinvention, and coming home to themselves both on and off the mat.Â
I’ve seen what happens when women are told to push harder, fix themselves, or follow systems that were never designed for their bodies or their lives.

Both. This season of life asks for intelligent strength and honest rest. We build stability, resilience, and confidence without pushing your body into exhaustion.
I’ve tried everything and still don’t feel like myself, will this be different?
Many women come here after doing “all the right things” and still feeling wired, tired, or disconnected. This work focuses on regulation, consistency, and personalization, not quick fixes.
Is this medical or hormone-based treatment?
No. This is not a replacement for medical care. This work supports your nervous system, strength, movement, and self-trust, which are often missing pieces in menopause care.
What if I’m not sure which path is right for me?
