I have always been a seeker of “WHY”. Curiosity has led me down a spiritual path of yoga, meditation and entrepreneurship. I opened and directed a successful yoga and spin studio for 14 years. Taught 10 years of Yoga Teacher Training. Ran local and international retreats. A Life Coaching Certification with the Jay Shetty Certification School.
This 53-year-old spiritual seeker, mama of 23-year-old twin boys, and a lifetime of stories have shaped my world.
