You're in! 🎉

Welcome to Ground Your Queen. Your most important next step is joining the private Telegram group, where you'll get daily reminders and support.

Check your inbox for your welcome email with the Zoom link. We meet live at 7:00 pm (EST) Tuesday to Friday, with a Saturday finale at 10:00 am (EST)

Have a mat ready. For Day 3, grab a mace, a set of Dumbbells or a broomstick.

See you there,
Shirlee
