When the pandemic hit Buddha Rider did not miss a beat. Within a week, we were online offering a variety of weekly classes. Welcome to the next evolution.

I have been with Shirlee since the very first online class.  Shirlee connects with each of her students making the classes fun and engaging. They have certainly kept me active and positive throughout these past 18 months! I highly recommend them.


Shirlee's classes are wonderful to start each morning. Everyday is different whether it be yoga, movement or circuit. Always uplifting! Thank you. 


Shirlee's virtual classes have been a life-saver. When I needed to rehabilitate myself back to health from a serious accident injury during the pandemic, Shirlee was there. I have stayed the course with her fun and outgoing classes. They have helped me get stronger, healthier, lose weight, and regain my self-confidence levels once again. Thank you  my friend :)


When the world shut down on March 15,2020, Shirlee didn’t miss a beat.  She immediately started offering her yoga classes on Face Book Live and within 2 weeks had set up an amazing online Yoga studio.  Her support and guidance throughout the pandemic have been invaluable.  I don’t know what I would have done without her.  Thank you Shirlee and Team for keeping our community going throughout it all. If you haven’t had a chance to try one of the online class offerings I highly recommend it

Cathy has been in the fitness industry for over 23 years. She loves teaching and inspiring clients through classes and personal training.

Cathy is a Mother of three energetic children that keep her busy with family adventures. 

When not teaching you can find Cathy on a trail run or on her bike. 


Shirlee began her wellness journey more than 25 years ago. Her passion for fitness and well-being drives everything she does. 

Shirlee hopes to inspire others to reach their full potential by challenging them in every class. 

Classes are designed for everyone and attention will be made to alignment. 


Andrew is passionate about all things endurance sport. He is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. You can find andrew guiding us through a variety of cycle classes geared towards all levels. You may actually even find him showing up for a total body circuit. 

When not teaching Andrew is on the road training for his next adventure, 100 mile run!
