I love to travel. I love to meet new friends and share what it is I have to offer. I have been teaching for well over a decade and have been a student of yoga for over 20 years. My life experiences have brought me to a place that I would love to share with you.
I offer a variety of programs that I call Living Your Yoga. These workshops remind people how strong they are. They get people back into their physical and emotional body so that they can start to live a life that they are proud of.
The yoga mat is training ground for life How we act on our yoga mats usually reflect how we act in the world. Are you strong and stable? Do you stay on course with your plan? Do you do what you are going to say? Can you focus? Do you shy away from challenging pose? Or do you move forward with confidence and courage? When something scares you, do you think you can’t do it? Are you attached to the outcome? Or do you try anyway?
Imagine if we did all sorts of poses on our mats that scared us? That made us question our selves? Do something that really takes you out of your comfort zone? Imagine doing all of this with a steady calm breath. How can you transfer that courage, strength and stamina in our everyday situations?
Life is not going to be smooth. There are always going to be shit thrown your way. So what do we do? We PRACTICE.
These classes include some lecture, asana, breath work and meditation. Working with priniciples of alignment we can find a place to coast through all our experience verses swimming against the current.
Workshops can be adjusted to 3 hours, 1 full day and weekend programs.
